Brian’s background is strong in accounting and finance working six years at a regional CPA firm and ten years and a large publicly-traded bank before stepping out to build his own firm.
Brian’s areas of expertise include pass-through entities (partnerships, limited liability corporations (LLCs) and S Corporations), tax issues related to property transference (trusts, estates and gifts), individual tax planning, and multi-state tax planning. Brian has significant experience with medical and chiropractic offices, offices of personal injury attorneys and manufacturing companies — with even deeper expertise in the accounting and tax intricacies of cooperative associations.
